Workshops

Transform how your team works together—in just 90 minutes to a few hours.

These interactive workshops deliver tangible results your team can implement right away, along with renewed energy to tackle what's next.

Whether you're addressing a specific challenge, building skills, or creating momentum as part of a larger initiative, you'll leave with concrete practices that change how you collaborate.

Perfect for professional teams and boards who want honest conversation, actionable insights, and measurable progress in a condensed timeframe.

  • Create the clarity to name strengths, voice needs, and make agreements that stick.

In this two-hour workshop, you will:

    • Name strengths clearly so everyone understands their unique contribution

    • Surface needs without escalation in a psychologically safe environment

    • Make specific, workable requests to improve daily collaboration

    • Leave with practical agreements about how you'll communicate, decide, and support each other going forward

Your staff or your board is talented and committed, but something feels off. Maybe some people are carrying too much while others aren't sure how to help. Maybe needs aren't being voiced—or when they are, it feels tense. You know you could work better together, but you need to have honest conversations without it becoming personal or overwhelming.

This workshop, inspired by Priya Parker, helps teams surface what's working, name what's missing, and make specific agreements that create more sustainable partnership.

    How it works:

Through guided reflection, visual exercises, and group discussion, participants recognize each other's strengths, articulate their needs, and identify specific practices to turn insights into action.

What participants say: "We all shared a lot, with a lot of emotional undercurrents, and the world didn't fall apart… Everything we talked about seems manageable—our needs can coexist."

  • Develop adaptability, collaboration, and creative thinking through the power of "Yes, and..."

Groups who practice Applied Improv are able to:

    • React confidently to unexpected challenges and changing environments

    • Listen more deeply to understand what's really being said

    • Embrace difference as a strength rather than an obstacle

    • Let go of fear around making mistakes or looking foolish

    • Strengthen collaboration by building off of each other’s strengths

Applied Improv isn't about being on stage—no one is put on the spot or asked to perform. Through supportive, low-stakes exercises, your team will practice real-world skills in a safe environment. Even the most reluctant participants consistently report how comfortable and enjoyable the experience was.

    How it works:

Based on a theme customized to your needs, we'll practice foundational improv skills—active listening, building on others' ideas, embracing failure as learning, and staying present in the moment.

Offered in-person for groups of 8 - 80; sessions range anywhere from 90 minutes to a half-day experience.

Ideal for: Professional teams, boards, camp counselors, teachers, volunteer groups, and anyone who wants to build collaboration and adaptability in an engaging way.
